All of our Garden Rooms have unfinished timber walls and floors – it’s a blank canvas, ready and waiting for you to add your own finishes. However, if you don’t want to do this yourself, we also offer a design pack offering many choices.
Panelled walls can create a wonderful atmospheres in your garden room. They’re incredibly durable and easy to clean, and range from rustic and comfortable to minimalistic and modern. Choose from three classic colours and textures: fun wood, brown slate, loft brick, white and light wood.
Vinyl flooring is ideal for garden rooms. It’s easy to clean, it’s slip resistant and water-resistant and adds sound and insulating properties to help your room feel snug all year round. Choose from three beautiful wood effect colours: English oak, Irish oak and Swedish oak.
Skirting boards can add that wonderful finishing touch to your Totalglaze GardenRoom. Their surfaces never need sanding or painting and a quick wipe keeps them looking their best. Choose from our three stunning styles: Huntsville, Cleveland and Fontana.

What sized Garden Rooms are available?
Our Garden Rooms are available in 19 sizes, but don’t let that restrict you. We offer bespoke sizes too. In addition, you can always opt for a storage extension.
Can I add a front Canopy?
Yes, you have the option to add a front canopy on all of our Garden Rooms.
Are your garden rooms, windows and doors made & recycled in the UK?
Yes they are. Our uPVC lasts up to 35 years, it’s 95% recyclable and can be recycled up to 10 times – which means it can be reused, with minimal impact on the environment, for up to 350 years. The timber used on our Garden Rooms is certified as sustainable by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and our cladding is also made from 100% recyclable material.
Do I need planning permission?
If you do not live in a flat or a listed building, then planning permission is not usually required. This is because our Garden Rooms fall under permitted development rights – which even apply to conservation areas and areas of outstanding natural beauty (AONB). We would always recommend having a discussion with your local planning authority, however, we are more than happy to handle this on your behalf.
Can I add an extra front window?
There is the option to add an extra front window on our larger sizes. On smaller sizes, you can add a corner window.
